5 Fruits that are Good for your Eyes

While all the five senses of your body have their importance, eyesight comes at the top. Imagine how the world would be if you are unable to see it. The vitamin and other nutrients in the fruit help in nourishing and protecting the eye, specifically the cornea.

Custard Apple

On the outer side, the custard apple appears to be like an artichoke. However, it has a custard-like center that is sweet in taste.
